Magic Leap needed to unify customer, device, and operational workflows that had become fragmented across channels and teams. Enterprise onboarding, registration, and ordering moved at the speed of manual handoffs, and there was no single source of truth for the customer across sales, finance, identity, and device lifecycles.
The company also faced an aggressive market deadline: an enterprise channel had to be live fast enough to support go-live order flow, without sacrificing the foundation needed for new devices, services, and international expansion.
