CORT’s highly customized PeopleSoft solution created significant challenges in managing complex rental and inventory processes. The lack of scalability made forecasting and tracking inventory difficult, particularly for their largest customers. This complexity resulted in inconsistent product data, limiting the ability to provide rules-driven selling based on real-time availability.
