FORGE

Quote-to-Cash on ServiceNow, Production-Ready in Weeks

ServiceNow sells Sales and Order Management as data-model applications with no workspace pages. Forge supplies them: a role-aware sales workspace, territory analytics that show direct and dealer pipeline together, quote-to-cash flows, and an embedded product configurator.

OVERVIEW

B2B Commerce Without the Custom Build

Forge is a ServiceNow-native accelerator for manufacturing sales teams. It gives ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (SOM) the workspace it ships without, then adds the analytics, quote-to-cash flows, and configurator a manufacturer needs to run the whole lead-to-cash process on the platform they already have.

Forge runs on top of ServiceNow CRM and SOM. It doesn't replace them.

Who it's for:

  • B2B manufacturers running or evaluating ServiceNow Sales and Order Management

  • OEMs blind to dealer pipeline until orders land, Forge shows direct and dealer performance together

  • VPs of Sales Ops, CIOs, and IT directors who want quote-to-cash on ServiceNow in weeks, not months

HOW IT WORKS

Built on Shopify. Extended for Enterprise B2B.

Forge is built on ServiceNow's own tools, Performance Analytics and UI Builder, so it fits the platform you already run rather than sitting beside it.

It deploys to a customer instance by script in a repeatable, idempotent 16-step process, and connects to SAP through Fuse (the Fuse CRM Spoke) for availability checks, order sync, and price simulation.

The build is roughly 60% out-of-the-box ServiceNow, 25% configuration, and 15% custom, so most of what you run is standard platform, not bespoke code someone has to maintain forever.

WHAT’S INSIDE

Built for Every Part of the B2B Order

All 23 modules ship in every package. The headline set:

Apex sales workspace

Home, opportunities, quotes, orders, accounts, and intake reviews, built with UI Builder as the workspace SOM doesn't ship with.

Territory Command Center

Pipeline value, forecast accuracy, win rate, revenue at risk, and trends by channel and product, with an AI-written territory health summary. Direct and dealer pipeline in one view.

Role-based dashboards and theming

Three role variants (rep, manager, executive), each with its own view, and per-brand theming that picks up the company's colors.

AI document intake

Reads inbound quote and PO documents, matches them to products and accounts, and scores integrity, so paperwork enters the system as data instead of manual re-entry.

Approvals and quote-to-order

Conditional approval rules driven by decision tables, native ServiceNow email and task actions, and quote-to-order on the standard lead-to-cash process.

Embedded CPQ

A guided configurator running natively inside ServiceNow, with Logik.io rules and pricing behind it and the result written straight to a ServiceNow quote.

PROVEN IN PRODUCTION

Built for Real World Use

Forge is mature, deployable IP with a published roadmap. It's built on ServiceNow's own Performance Analytics and UI Builder, deploys to any instance through a repeatable 16-step script, and connects to SAP in production through Fuse.

Where ServiceNow ships SOM as data-model applications with no workspace, Forge is the layer that makes it usable, in weeks rather than months.

ON THE ROADMAP

What’s Coming Next

A few capabilities are planned, not yet shipped:

Embedded actions inside dashboard widgets

Industry benchmark comparisons

Predictive deal-risk and dealer-churn scoring

Multi-company theming

IN THE SYSTEM

The Storefront That Connects the Journey

A horizontal flow diagram with three rounded rectangles labeled Forge, Fuse, and SAP connected by dashed arrows indicating a process sequence.

Forge is how the Customer to Cash journey runs on ServiceNow. It's the sales workspace behind deal management, quoting, and order flows, connected to SAP through Fuse so a quote built in ServiceNow checks real availability and lands as a real order. Where PortulGo is the Shopify front of the journey, Forge is the ServiceNow front, same connected system, different platform.

WHAT’S NEW

New Capabilities, Shipping Fast

Forge has been in a steady state since late April 2026, present it as mature, deployable IP with a published roadmap.

Aug 2026

CPQ configurator embedded natively in ServiceNow as a platform-native single-page app, with ServiceNow's own pricing engine and reconfigurable quotes.

Approval and order flows on native ServiceNow actions, decision-table approval rules and quote-to-order on the out-of-the-box lead-to-cash process.

Mar–Apr 2026

Document intake and PDFs, text extraction for inbound documents, PDF generation for quotes and orders, and a regression testing framework.
