VIETRI's existing eCommerce platform was outdated, difficult to manage, and lacked the modern functionality needed to support online growth. With a small internal team and a limited budget, the brand needed a solution that could be implemented quickly and cost-effectively while integrating with its existing SAP backend.
The challenge was compounded by a shift in the retail landscape during COVID-19. As in-store traffic slowed, VIETRI needed to accelerate its digital presence and build a direct path to customers online. The brand also needed stronger digital customer acquisition. Internally managed Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns were delivering limited results, and VIETRI lacked the strategic depth to scale paid media profitably.
