ServiceNow SKO 2026: CPQ, AI, and the Future of Enterprise Revenue Engine

ServiceNow SKO 2026 brought the ecosystem together in Las Vegas from January 21–23 at Mandalay Bay, setting the tone for a pivotal year ahead. Sales leaders, partners, and product teams gathered with a shared focus on execution, growth, and scaling modern CRM across complex B2B environments.

From the opening keynote to conversations on the show floor and into the evening at our Zaelab-hosted happy hour, one message came through consistently: CRM, led by CPQ and powered by AI, now sits at the core of ServiceNow’s growth strategy.

Paul Fipps’ opening keynote set the tone for the week. His remarks reinforced how central CRM has become to ServiceNow’s strategy, with Logik.ai referenced repeatedly as a key driver of momentum. Last year’s success is shaping where ServiceNow is doubling down in 2026, and CPQ sits squarely at the center of that investment.

Sellers spoke clearly about where CPQ opens doors, how CRM expands deal scope, and where AI supports faster execution across the revenue lifecycle. The focus across the room stayed on scale, execution, and turning platform strength into measurable growth throughout 2026.

The evening showed that some of the most valuable conversations happen once the sessions end and the setting allows people to speak openly.
