Evan is Zaelab's founder and CEO. He is a digital commerce and marketing executive committed to providing organizations with successful digital transformations. He excels at connecting technology execution with business outcomes.

Evan became hooked on digital commerce when he was just 12 years old. As a boy, he founded and ran the largest wholesale DVD business on eBay. Since that time, he has worked at ARAMARK, Time, and Ecommerce Accelerator (acquired by ICF Interactive). He founded Zaelab in 2011 to bring fresh digital commerce solutions to the B2B and B2C sectors.

Evan graduated from Quinnipiac University with degrees in computer science and accounting. When he's not working, Evan enjoys flying and competing in triathlons. Evan lives in Fairfield, CT with his wife Faye and their daughter.

Caitlin is the Director of Projects at Zaelab and is responsible for overseeing all project management practices. She is dedicated to evolving project delivery methods for global teams, so that Zaelab can deliver efficient and high-quality value to the client.

At Zaelab, Caitlin has established a long-term partnership with one of Zaelab's largest enterprise B2B clients and created consistency within the business across projects. In previous roles, Caitlin lead targeted global advertising projects for clients at Netflix, Microsoft, HBO, and Toyota.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys being outdoors and traveling.

Gavin is the Global Director of Delivery at Zaelab, and is responsible for project delivery and customer success.

Gavin began his technology career in the retail financial services industry. As an individual contributor on development projects, he gained valuable experience as a hands-on engineer. As Gavin's career progressed, he took on a variety of leadership roles at one of the largest mortgage lending banks in the country.

In 2006, Gavin made the switch to e-commerce, where he has continued to provide leadership to global delivery teams working on a variety of e-commerce platforms, including Hybris, ATG, Demandware, and Magento.

In his spare time, Gavin enjoys surfing and competing in triathlons.

Sergey has 16 years of experience in software delivery management having played pivotal roles in setting up practices and processes in Agile organizations managing multinational delivery teams distributed across Europe and providing services to clients in USA, Sweden, Denmark and UK.

Sergey had key role in establishing and managing organizational structure with multiple business lines in one of the top 5 software delivery companies in Eastern Europe graded “Leader” category in The Global Outsourcing 100® 2016 rating by IAOP playing visionary role in establishing eCommerce, Mobile and Custom Solutions practices.

Sergey has strong passion for building talented teams of cross-functional consultants guided by aspiration for excellence, professional leadership and competency.
